Dress appropriately for the weather, consider a hat, sunglasses, rain gear, sunblock, and possibly a jacket or sweatshirt. Bring any desired food or snacks,water will be provided. No glass bottles, hard liquor, or illegal substances. (beer is permitted)

All charters are weather permitting.
The Captain will decide on cancellations due to weather.
A current Ohio fishing license is required .
It is your responsibility to obtain one.
If you do not have a residential license for the State of Ohio you can obtain it by using the link below.
If you need a non resident license the same link will get you there as well.
A $100.00 deposit is required to secure each date, with the balance due on the day of your charter. Cancellations due to weather are at the Captain's discretion. You may reschedule or receive a full deposit refund. The Captain evaluates weather conditions on the morning, of the trip. Check forecasts and dress accordingly. Customer cancellations result in a lost deposit unless the Captain is notified 30 days in advance. All fishing and safety equipment is provided. Departure is typically at sunrise (dock-to-dock timing). If you reach the catch limit early, you can choose to return or continue fishing until time expires.
